So why Nurture YOU?
Many of us see taking care of ourselves as a secondary priority to the demands of others, or our jobs. But in fact this is why so many of us are more stressed and burnt out than ever. We have not been conditioned to know how to nurture ourselves and see it as a luxury rather than a necessity.
The idea and application of Nurture should not just be reserved for our infants and children (although this is the most natural place to start). Adults need and crave Nurture too, yet are not receiving it and unable to know where to start when it comes to Nurturing themselves.
More people than ever are choosing to regularly work with a coach and for good reasons! Making changes, taking a new direction, working towards a goal and learning something new are not easy to do alone! To get the best, long-lasting results, working with a trained coach can help you grow in perspective, confidence, generate bountiful ideas, and move through your pain-points, always growing and learning.
